For one-time purchases (e.g., Research Tools Lifetime), we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the product does not work as described. To request a refund:

• Describe the issue you encountered
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Pay-Per-Use Products

Products billed on a per-use basis through third-party platforms (Apify) are subject to those platforms' billing and refund policies. Please contact the respective platform for usage disputes.

Free Products

Free and open source products have no associated charges and are not eligible for refunds.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after accessing the digital product
• Failure to meet system requirements listed on the product page
• Issues caused by third-party software or configurations
